These quickie drastic swings in the weather here in Kansas City are playing havoc on my body in the mornings. Though not nearly as bad as they used to. If I walk after my shower I can feel the pain and stiffness melt away. Those days I miss I really feel it all day. My old daily routine of Aleve twice a day and aspirin and ibuprofen during the day has turned into exercise twice a day and an occasional dose of the drugs. Also haven't had a bad migraine since I started exercising again in September lots better than 1 or 2 a week! 1st cup of coffee is done time to drag myself to the showers.

Thanks Lynn. I have been amazed at how much starting to do strength training has helped my whole body. It's been many years since I had done any until last September. I started out really slow and the gym I was going to was open very limited hours thru the holidays and then I ended up sick so there was about a month I couldn't get to the gym. My whole body ended up hurting. New gym better hours more choices love it!
