Good day. Off work almost on time so was home before 6. Did my cardio. Am making myself eat a little more calories ..yogurt with some apple butter and adding a peanut butter sandwich instead of an apple just a little peanut butter because the suckers natural one has a lot of flavor as a snack on the way to the gym. I'm usually hungry by then as my lunch is at 11. Too full today to squeeze the apples in I had planned.

Late to bed but crashed on the couch for an hour catching up on this site and entering my day. Dogs won't come in they are liking 15 degrees and little wind instead of way below zero wind chills.
