Felt better this am. Went to work about 2 hours to go and I was crashing. Stuck it out just regular time. Could have done ot. No way. No walking or exercise for me tonight enough to make it through work. Heat up some soup and go to bed early.
Had 2 beers to bring up calories a bit. Couldn't eat anything else.
