Braved the cold as the wind calmed down, supposed to pick up again this afternoon. Did my gym membership, took the trash out, put gas in my car. Time for a hot cup of tea. Hope everyone is staying warm as much of the country is under this siege

Well then - guess I should congratulate on on putting forth heroic effort in braving the elements to obtain a gym membership. Can you tell I'm a wimp? Hope you feel up to visiting your gym ASAP.

This morning Monday is colder. -6 real temp at the moment. The dogs wanted back in within 5min. Didn't really want to go anywhere yesterday just knew the for cast wasn't pretty and how I felt after work on fri. Have 1 hr to decide if I'm going to work. If I do it's call the doc from there and work part of the day. Hoping to be back to working out by sat. Stay toasty if it is cold where you are and happy birthday

Left work @ 9:00 was @ doc's by 9:30. Not going back today or tomorrow. Beginings of pneumonia. She said no working out till i could breathe without hurting or short of breath. Waiting forever to get my script filled just want to ho bavk to bed
