BP better today--15 min walking so far will try another 15 in a bit giving my ankle a rest. Yea! good day called family services and discontinued my court ordered spouse support as last pmt was for 11-01. No more paying my ex husband!1! Will help my really tight budget a bit. I can join the community center gym again soon. Last time I ended up not being able to go after a few tries--had pneumonia then twice more right after that--not good for breathing. Some strength training would be good for me. Maybe as soon as the swelling is gone in my ankle. Also we have mandatory overtime every Mon and Tues the rest of Nov.
