spending a quiet start to the morning reading parts of Laurel's Kitchen and planning meals for the week. Goal is 1200 calories and keep it low in fat. yesterday was a bit high in fat but should even out for the week. Trying to use mostly what i have on hand due to budget crunch. Will do a quick grocery store run before i tackle anything else today. Work outside, make bread, dog treats, laundry, soup and get orgainized for the week ahead. Plan is to not be a couch potato when i get home from work--tired of spending my weekends trying to catch up. Will start walking again tomorrow-think i will wear my ankle out with the things i need to do today.
