hey lovelies any beakfast ideas that don't use bread? I'm avoiding it to see if it helps but its a staple I can manage lunches no sandwiches lol

I do like my porridge but probably too similar to bread for you just now. Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon maybe?

Yoghurt, fruit and granola is a favourite of mine. Its easy and I find it fills me but make sure you get a low sugar granola and only potion out about 30 grand ☺️ also omelettes are good for brekky or lunch and you can pack them with all your fave veggies

Wholemeal tortilla wraps...love an egg wrap once in a while and sometimes add a sausage for more protein

Try a fluffy omelette. For best results whip the yoke and white separately and then fold together adding seasoning and any other ingredients. Not only tastes nice but being big and light it deceive the eye 😁

yoghurt, fruits you like and nuts or granola. eggs, asparagus and tomatoes 😁 two of my favourites.

My go to is 2 soft boiled eggs and a pack of asparagus for dipping (you can cook the asparagus in the pan with the eggs)
