Lentil salad 🥰 I’m looking for some more interesting ways of eating these lovely legumes. 1/2 a cup of lentils and 18g pumpkin seeds added to a mixed salad = 14g protein, 290 calories.

I just love them! Elizabeth do you have any lentil recipes? They could make a great stuffing, if I can decide what to fill 🤔

I have made just yesterday vegetarian stuffed courgettes with green lentils!! not bad choice, the picture is in FS too!! tour salad looks a nice option too!!

Ahh I love new potatoes but they are only here in tins at the moment! There is a sweet potato though, which could be nice 😊
