So all chocolates and sweet things are out of my diet, and also all bread specially white bread, french bread, chiabatta, keizerbroodjes, my husbands home baked wholewheat bread - and even croissants, that all seems to be working now. So now to also take down the wines with dinner.... 2 glasses is 200 calories! I shall miss my glass of wine!
