Does anyone know any good recipes for dinner which are low calories???? ( I hope everyone is doing well we can get through this lock down safely)

Iman I suggest chicken breasts in hot spices and lots of green vegetables, the hot spices should increase your metabolism, after about hour you have eaten do some cleaning, make the house look nice.

Don't worry I am already good at cleaning I can't stand the house to be dirty 😁

I suggest you: salad, apple, chilli, surimi, vinegar, dry tomatoes, olives, chia seeds, honey. Otherwise if you would like something to warm you up you can go for a soup: Cook for half day lentils, chickpeas, beans (I personally like cannellini or borlotti), courgette, tomatoes, mushroom, onion. 🧡
