Well, much stress and pissed-offishness has led to us agreeing to have pizza tonight. And not the healthy homemade kind either. Annoyingly I was going to have an early weigh in this morning but it was too cold in the kitchen where my scales are so I decided against it. Now I'm wondering if I should skip the weigh in this week altogher or just do it and own up to my mistakes lol. I'm not too worried, I've been good with my carbs and fats all this week (low on calories though, still trying to balance that for some reason) so I think I'll probably weigh in on Sunday as normal and just see where I am. Fully expecting to gain if only water weight from the sudden, massive increase in salt I'll be having later. At least I know it's a silly thing to go and do and I'm prepared for the higher numbers, whereas, seven stone ago, I'd have been telling myself it didn't really matter. Guess there's been a change in my mindset after all :-)

And remember it's totally fine to have 'treat food'! I had a Dominos this week and kept in my calorie target. Enjoy it!

Thanks all. I know what I'm like, one treat can end up being an entire month of 'oh screw it' lol. At least, I used to be like that. I don't think it's so tempting anymore ☺️

Turns out the roof is leaking. And the idiots who did next door sliced through the main rafter leaving it hanging in mid air. Pizza has now become pizza, biscuits, marshmallows, and chocolate, because I just spent the last two hours sitting in my room sobbing

Your mental health is just as important as your physical. If it takes a binge day to get through what happened then own it, accept it and come out the other side fighting twice as hard. Oh, and I certainly hope the idiots who thought severing the main rafter get a spectacular fine for that piece of idiocy!
