2 questions that I would love to hear peoples answers to.
firstly has anyone tried the meal plans on here and if so which ones ? I am so keen to start a keto diet but the food prep seems so time consuming.
secondly does anyone have difficulty sticking to meal plans and if so what are your strategies for helping you stick to them ??

Antoniaaldous are talking about prepared rather than cooking fresh? I think they are bad for you because of their salt content?

I do keto :) I have been on it for 18 days and so far lost a stone :) I feel more energetic and I have only just started prepping my meals but that’s because I work nights :) there are so many meals you can eat x

I mainly cook from scratch but quick and simple meals. I have a 1 year old and 2 year old and my time is so short. I end up grazing on their food so eat lots of toast crusts and fish fingers etc. I dont have time to cook eggs etc for breakfast - and I cant work out what else you can have for keto breakfasts - any suggestions- at the moment I have greek yoghurt and berries but I guess that is not allowed on the keto diet. Can anyone suggest a quick non cook keto breakfast that is around 200-250 calories.

if you do Keto it's hard getting your head round it and no eat things too samey. I also struggle for lunch on Keto, the 10 calories jellies helped me massively and the pee strips on Amazon motivate to keep you in ketosis. I havent lost a stone (which is amazing well done) but have steady week on week drops so happy.

I do keto it's really easy. See 'diet doctor' for all recipes and info. No way is it hard to get your head around. I've lost 6.7kg in 17 days and not been hungry! No additional exercise!

There's a great recipe for keto grenola that i eat with with greek yoghurt, it made me about two weeks worth - mainly nuts and a bit of cinnamon, on gym days I get a bit of honey in with it and it feels like massive cheat

Keto isn’t a lifetime diet - so it’s not sustainable I find slimming world a healthy choice rather than I diet
