Keto isn’t bad. It saved my life and corrected all of my health problems in 4 months. Weight loss is just a wonderful side effect. Look at my story and journals. Been doing it for 2 years with my doctor’s blessing. He is ecstatic. I have the bloodwork of someone a third my age. I’ll be your buddy and support you!

Thanks for your comment jheeden - I have decided to start keto on Monday. That would be great if you are happy to do buddy support. My only problem is my husband and I are doing away for 3 nights on wednesday Thursday and Friday ---- do you recon I will be able to do keto while I am away or do you think it's better to start when I get back - do you ever have a keto break ? And do you ever have a drink on keto ?
