Bryonyrm. Thanks 🙏 just being really strict with my intake. I don’t have breakfast (Ive never been a breakfasty type of person) at the first point of the day that I feel hungry, usually about 1pm, I eat a salad box that I make at home (75g chicken, 1/4 of a lettuce, 1/2 a pepper, 1/2 a tomato, 6 thick slices of cucumber, 1 stick of celery, 1 beetroot and a generous squeeze of salad cream) 220 calories in total. That means that within reason I can have whatever I want for dinner. For example a whole pizza and 4 hash browns tonight, was approx 1300 calories plus 2-3 litres of flavoured water throughout the day is under 1600 calories per day. And then on days that I eat a healthy tea (fish, stir fried veg etc.) my calorie intake is closer to 1200 per day. No snacks in between, minimal bread and no crisps or chocolate. Like I said, really strict! I’m a stubborn sod!

Mark_Rowlands I love breakfast, definitely my favourite meal so could never skip it haha. Will definitely look to cut down the bread though! well done on the loss and being stubborn clearly works 😉

Is the difference noticeable with a 1600 intake??

Bai199524 thanks for your comment. Can you explain your question please. Is the difference noticeable compared to what?
