Another good loss this week. Feeling like I’m getting somewhere 💪💪

Are you just calorie counting or following a particular plan? Although, whatever you are doing, it's definitely working for you. Keep it up 😉

I am calorie counting and also trying to stay 500 below the recommended amount for my desired weight loss. Plus no fizzy drinks, no chocolate or sweets, limited bread and NO TAKEAWAYS!!! Salad power!!! 💪💪💪😂
