I might as well get it over and done with a huge amount of Humble Pie I don't know how many calories that is! England where outplayed by a bigger , better and stronger team congratulations South Africa. The three pints of Stella(825 calories) i had didn't taste quite right strangely enough!
Only 15 minutes walking to the pub and back.
Tomorrow is supposed to be a day of rest and the weather forecast is bad.
Roll on Monday.

Thanks Chestnut63! It was an exciting game to watch, but I felt for you guys! Sounds like you did great with just the three Stellas! I missed by planned workout too, but I'm sure we'll get back on track again this week!
