Have not been eating healthy through the holidays. Back to the good stuff and exercise. The frig and pantry are again stocked with healthy foods, and I have some mostly veggie stews in single portions in my freezer for those rushed evenings or to grab for my lunch box. About 250 calories per portion. Back to walking on my gazelle before work and sit ups on my exercise ball.
