Low fat yoghurt contains more sugar. That means more carbs. Whole milk Greek Yoghurt has 7gr while fat free one has 12gr of carb :)

Usually low fat means more carbs in almost every food

Greek yogurt, high fat and many calories but low carbohydrates. It is optimal. The low-fat yogurt, added sugar to improve the taste, skim milk is white soda

yeah Royal's a good one n so's Brooklea 0% yogurt from Aldi.. but you have to get the ones in the flatter round pot not the Fat-free yogurts they sell in the highrounded pots..my daughter kept making that mistake!! Too much though n you up your sugar.. it's a low sugar one but those grams mount up you know.. too much of anything is Not good!!!

Hi. I discovered skyr yoghurts. I get the flavoured ones and the strawberry is fat 0.5g, 0.1g saturated fat, sugar 3.5g, 54kcals, 9.1g of protein per 100g. That's for danone light and free skyr style yoghurt. I believe they do plain ones too.

The Skyr yogurts...the plain ones have a lot less sugar in them!! Very good!

Just a thought.. you're not just restricted to yogurts..Quark is very similar..n ASDA do a yummy.... fat ( almost free) on... 0.5 fat 0.1 saturated fat! That's 3.9 % carbs.. All being sugar.. but the carb aspect is actually lower than the Brooklea Fat free yogurt from Aldi that I mentioned earlier!
