no loss Feck it ! however that confusing fitquest machine said this morning I've gained a kilo of muscle and on a baseline of 100 for my age in the fitness and recovery test I scored 121 and upper body strength 182 out of 200 so I'm physically fitter than I've been in 20 years but still fat as fuck around my arse 😭😂

just tried the fit quest machine at gym 22% body fat 44% muscle 56% hydration No idea what it means lol Metabolic age 40! happy with that part as I'm 51 😁

tired this week been doing well gym every day nothing but chicken rice cakes and veg all week Treat day again f**king starving mind you Halo ice cream is my treat of choice again red velvet one is Amazing
