Today I managed 20 minutes of yoga to help my back. 100 squats, some regular planks (not TRX) and some TRX bridges and crunches.

Not as much done this weekend with the cold affecting this body and watching football. I do have a 1/2 day of work tomorrow but have to make up the hours the rest of the week, ugg not fair. We used to get the day off with pay. Plans are the gym after work and then finish up weekend chores.

Disappointed the Pat's won the toss in OT so the Chiefs lost.

Past my bedtime. Time to set the coffee for the am and go to bed.

I have to believe I got in 10k steps and burned calories jumping out of my chair and screaming at the playoffs yesterday.

Bill, Ford is the offsides guy. Their defense was not good. Scuttlebutt at the gym everyone was saying we need a new defensive coach..How can a team be 1 or 2 in offence and at the bottom in defense. The defense and the offensive line protection essentially lost the game. Bella, congrats on the 10,000!!! I wasn't jumping up and down but I get it. Mostly I had a pup or cat on top of me..LOL, There is also a probable re-vamp of play review procedure in the NFL in the works after mis=calls in the Saints-Rams game and possibly the Chiefs=Pats game. Even the NFL is issuing an apology for a mis-call in the Saints=Rams game.
