officially hate myself done it again
95.9 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 26.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I only hate myself because ots weekly now bt friday lost weight feel great then take aways and wine and wake up monday and tuesday bloated covered in spots and weight back on. I need to break this habit its affecting every part of my life. My confidence has gone. I wish i could get motivated asap. Thank you all. I did well but theb have picked this evening so went upstairs put washing away. Im not even hungry buy find mindlessly putring things in my mouth like biscuits and sweets

Keep the carbs down to start reducing insulin spikes. Don’t worry so much about the calories.

Im so worried about diabetes i had gestational and have to be tested yearly but being this big is scary but even knowing that i cant seem ro stop snacking

annmarie 1987 weight loss does reverse type 2 diabetes don't get locked into BMI that's really outdated you need to concentrate on body fat because as you exercise you will put on muscle and scales stand still but the mirror and clothes fitting never lie. Low carb diet high protein works 30% carbs 40%protein 30fats is king plus 30mins min exercise a day now that doesn't mean expensive gym a brisk walk will do but you must walk as fast as you can. I'm was type 2 diabetic now okay following this plan so don't panic .
