Thanks everybody, I think with me its a case of being stubborn and not letting the inner voice win. I've just joined back at a new gym which I'm loving because I'm starting to see myself creeping into bad habits from my intentional gain so nipping them in the bud before it gets too bad. I gotta admit 125lb didn't suit me as much as I liked to think it did at the time. I'd love to stay between 133 and 140... I like myself at that.
