The scale is holding steady but that's OK. I know my body is getting stronger and leaner again.

I spent yesterday putting furniture and the dog crate back in the rooms they belong in, cleaning and the laundry from the day bed and trundle that are is in what was my granddaughter's for a few months. So her perfume has been washed out of even the mattress pads. She moved back home last Monday.

My 2 dogs sleep in a huge crate that had been moved into my bedroom. It is now back in the other bedroom on the main floor. I think I slept better without their snoring. The storage units will remain mostly empty for a bit as I want to get that room painted and the ceiling an replaced while much of my stuff is still out of it. A job for a hot weekend.

I also spent too much time just sitting as I simply was tired after the past week. I did somehow get 10,000 steps in. I have more house things to do but have a yard to mow this am as some of the heat is predicted to return this afternoon. I should have spent yesterday outside instead. didn't

Scale is the same....don't know why....haven't been eating what I know I should....just time for a break....have been starting a decluttering....going room by room....just cleaning things or throwing out....did get a picture of a sunrise this morning.....already starting to cloud up...UGH....think I need to get my easy Yoga workout in....don't notice that it's helping with the pain, but just feel a little better doing it....well at least you keep me motivated WFN......read your posts and feel guilty if I don't do something LOL
