Starting this as I'm recovering from pneumonia complicated by asthma issues. Has been extremely hot with ozone warnings as well.

My diet plan is to simply control calories and increase my exercise.

really hard to breathe after mowing the grass. Have been working on the kitchen and watching the Olympics. Also cutting up veggies to dry.
