Walked home this evening the long way around as getting lost in the woods and finding a cottage made of sweets and sugarcane didn't seem like the best idea Really enjoyed it on a lovely say not convinced I wanna do it every day yet will give it a go again tomorrow getting more worried now though dad's body scan results regarding his cancer are back and taking him up to the hospital Friday morning to see the full extent really wanna comfort eat!

This won’t be what you want to hear but you need to be as healthy and as strong as possible to support your Dad so comfort eating rubbish isn’t the right thing to do. But you know that. If you need to eat to cheer yourself up, eat extra of something that fits your way of eating rather than something that sabotages it. All the best and thoughts with you for tomorrow 🤗
