I hate asthma. It's a beautiful day out there. I am having trouble breathing outside. I think the wind is kicking up mold as the mold count has been high this past year. I've spent more time just sitting today than doing things. I've done a little outside but can't do a lot inside or out or my O2 levels drop too low.

I found a wonderful looking fruit dish but it has vanilla pudding mixed with the fruit. Made a pudding with arrow root, half heavy cream and half silk coconut milk, one egg, vanilla and 1/4 cup of sugar. Once it's cold I'll mix in bananas, strawberries, and some black berries. The recipe had blueberries but I have blackberries that need to be used. I'll add the recipe into my cookbook. Homemade pudding is so simple to make and tastes so good, wonder why anyone uses those packages.

Glen 2 cups (1 recipe of homemade vanilla pudding) be glad to share if you don't have one. LOts of fruit I used 2 cups strawberries, 3 small bananas, and switched to 1 can of pineapple chunks drained (of course the ones in their own juice). decided I didn't want the seeds from the blackberries in it. With blueberries it would be colorful for the 4th of July. You could also whip some heavy cream and fold that in to make it more special. Or just use whipped cream and no pudding--that's always been a favorite of mine.
