wholefoodnut's Journal, 29 May 18

Back to work this am. I keep reminding myself that I'm thankful to have a decent job with good benefits including 6 weeks paid time off every year now. Not as much accomplished as I would have liked, spent more lazy time than I should have but I think I needed some of that.

My muscles this am are stiff but I'm sure a shower and getting them moving will loosen them up. The gym bag will be in my car and if I get off close to on time it will mean the gym after work. Back to a routine and tracking today, also no beer as I finished the last one yesterday, would have been happy with herb tea or water but I wanted none in the house to tempt me.

My new tracker arrives today I'm hoping I like it as well or better than I did my fit-bit. I will have to take it off to swim as to get one rated for swimming was out of my budget.

Frustrated I can't seem to get onto the full site on my phone only the app. It let me on a couple weeks ago now it won't .

I wonder if they've made changes. I've gotten several emails asking if it's okay if they send emails... whatever that means.

Glen, I loved my fitbit. It was the first basic one and lasted over 5 years. It quit charging. This one will have a heart rate monitor and a couple other features that my original fitbit didn't have.

Kathy, no idea about the emails. Just was trying to post a photo from my phone which I used to be able to do from the full site on my phone.

That's something to be thankful for.

It's actually not a fitbit but one made by Letscom. Much less expensive; my budget is pretty tight with all the medical expenses this year so far. I spent some time getting the app installed, getting it set up and deciding on what options to choose. If I had gotten off work on time would have gone to the gym before coming home but it was a stay late work day. Spent too much time playing my new gadget and ran out of time to exercise. Won't probably hurt to give these muscles another day to re-coup before the gym. My doc says 2 days in between when the old muscles get achey instead of just one rest day.

I can still get to the full site on my iPhone? Start your browser on your smartphone, bring up the fatsecret website, when it calls up the mobile site page to the bottom of the screen and click on ‘full site’, then chose login when the app screen comes up. 🙋🏻

SM, it still goes to the app even though I do not have it installed on my Iphone. I find the app irritating as you can't get to much on it. May try messing with it more.
