Oops! Due to too many birthday celebrations and post covid get togethers I have been a bit lax in my discipline!

At one point 10 days ago I was actually up to 195lbs so at least I'm going back in the right direction! :-)

At last some progress. My discipline seems to be back! The good weather has helped though, got plenty of walking in and when I walk I don't snack!

See how it goes when the wet and cold arrive!

Even snacking good stuff is not recommended!

Still stuck! But at least it's not going up in leaps and bounds. Been quite lazy over the past couple of weeks, just can't find my mojo :-(.

Over eating as well for the amount of calories I'm using. Good news is I'm over eating on healthy food not chocolate or biscuits etc(large portions!)!

However, my body fat doesn't seem to be increasing so a bit of a mystery ?

Started a recovery plan this week so I'll just need to see how it goes.
