Just back from holiday in Norfolk. Hotel breakfasts and evening meals. Ice cream at the seafront, cream teas etc.

So not surprized I have gained a teeny wee bit from last weigh-in :-)

But am surprized it was just a teeny wee bit!

Back to the old discipline now.

No movement weightwise at least! Walking loads because of the improved weather. Averaging 7 miles a day so at least I'm active. Need to do exercises for my back as been doing a lot of heavy lifting in the garden helping my wife (she's the brains and I'm the labour!). Paying the price with a bit of lower back pain but find it a bit boring so need to motive myself! Gettin too old for that lifting nonsense :-)
