Got a stressful week a head ..so will be glad when Wednesday/Thursday are over .. plan is to keep focused and try and stay off to much rubbish ... have a good week everyone xx

Morning everyone, it’s been a slow few weeks .. but finally down .. still hoping on gaining muscle , but losing the fat .. 😅..have a lovely weekend 👍

Morning .. it’s a loss 😂
Back to work full time after 6 months off ..
doing around 25000 steps a day .. just need help sorting my macros out and diet plan to lose fat and gain a little muscle ... enjoy the weekend Everyone x

Hi been a while since a weigh in ... had 6 months off work .. and just gone back in a different office .. new year and hoping to get to around 85kg .. I’ve been going to the gym and some of the weight will be muscle ( I hope ) but back on it .. happy new year to everyone on this site 👍x
