It’s a new week and new goals for me to aim for ..
1.. 60 mins cardio a day 😅
2..3L of water a day 🤯
3.. more positive thinking 🤔
It’s been tuff over the last week .. but keeping smiling .. all I can say is thank god for AFTER LIFE .. Ricky gervais … made me laugh .. unfortunately last episode made me cry bucket fulls 🥲.. I’m just a big softie ..have a good week everyone..gx 👍

Morning everyone, well I was hoping for a big drop this week so not sure where this has come from …
Been a stressful week - brothers funeral ( only 45 ) Monday and told that my bulling women boss will be managing me again one day a week … but that’s another story .. hey ho Monday is a fresh week and we keep smiling 😁… have a good weekend everyone …gx👍

LIQUID COLLAGEN - hi everyone wondered if any of you nice people had any experience on this .. could you recommend a certain brand etc … spent passed week online research- and if I’m honest it’s like a mine field .. 🤯
just finished powder & vitamin c collagen from bulk ? And currently taking collagen tablets 6 ( from Costco ) .. been about 3 weeks now .. so early days .. any help would be appreciated..👍gx
