Morning everyone, first week back to work .. Posti round has definitely helped to lose some weight 👍

Missing the gym so no weights 😢might be good at the moment as my doc today says I’ve got tennis elbow 🤔
So need to google it for what I can do ..

Hi everyone, hope you all had a great Easter ... a week off work from yesterday so this week will be a challenge.. missing the gym and feel I’m getting in a lazy way .. hope the gym will open soon .. and the hairdressers 😂x

Morning everyone.. slight increase .. gym closed so need to try and maintain my muscles I’m trying to gain .. any ideas from you guys .. with my job .. I walk around 14 miles a day 😅..stay save everyone xx

Morning everyone.. strange week .. very stressful as had to do mediation with my bullying boss for 2 days , she won’t change I know that .. hope to get back into the gym and start eating properly now it’s over . . It’s a fresh week on Monday 👍..hope you all have a great weekend xx
