Morning everyone,
Had a 24 hr bug on Monday - and has drained me only 2days at gym ( cardio 40 mins & weights with PT) and defo didn’t lift the same weights as the week before .. a week on holiday .. mon off to Chester for 3 days so looking forward to a break .. have a good weekend xx

Morning everyone, gaining muscle but it’s taking time - PT is happy with my progress muscle increasing and waist coming down .. mainly focusing on measurement rather than the scales ( like I use too ) feel better in myself 😀..have a great weekend everyone xx

Morning everyone, well I’ve increased my protein either by shakes or chicken in last week or so .. trying to gain some lean muscle .. hitting the gym too and plenty of cardio ... body fat I’m finding hard to lose .. any good advice please would be appreciated 👍

Morning everyone, had a rough couple of weeks - but back at the gym - PT seems happy I haven’t lost much muscle or strength ( still working on gaining muscle ) in my eyes .. have a good weekend everyone..xx👍
