Well I have really went the opposite way from what I wanted in the last week. I have not tracked my food much and have eaten much of what I should not. My weight is up again. I did weigh this morning but I am not going to record weight until I get back to the lowest I had recorded a week ago. This is nonsense, I know what I need to do. Seems that anytime there is an occasion or deviation from my typical day, I tell myself it is ok to go off course but that just leads to me staying off course and doing more harm than good. Not gonna beat myself up anymore than I have, how my work pants fit this morning is enough of a reminder that I cam going in the wrong direction.
On a positive note, I joined a gym on Saturday along with my two daughters and made it to the gym both Saturday and Sunday. Now, eating right and exercising is the direction I am headed.
The leftover Super Bowl goodies in my house are going in the trash when I get home, not in my mouth.
This is not my first rodeo on this roller coaster but darnit, I am ready for it to be my last. Suck it up butter cup!!!!!

I took a break form FS over the weekend. I did not eat horribly, just some cheesecake over the weekend for the dog's birthday (yeah my kids use any excuse to have a party). I have not stepped on the scale in a few days. I felt like the more I recorded and wrote on here, the more I thought about food and that I was hungry. Could just be in my head but anyway... I am going to get back at it. I really do not need to record my food to know where I am, I pretty much eat the same things everyday (salad with no dressing, lean proteins, water, coffee, diet soda).
I really want to be in maintenance by mid March, like REALLY REALLY want to be!
I did make it to the gym this weekend!
I will not record another weigh in until it is at the last weight or below :)

I cheated last night, had some more mixed nuts and a few mixed drinks (low cal but no nutritional value whatsoever...). Shooting for a very low cal day with lots of fluids to make sure scale is happy tomorrow.
