I started my 400 calories a meal and 1200 calories a day diet (400 calorie fix) at the end of February wen I weighed 207.8 lbs. I now weigh 144.2 lbs. I have a medical problem called IBS-CIC (CHRONIC IDIOPATHIC CONSTIPATION), so I have to do regular colon cleansing because of it. My diet is extremely healthy and my colon issues have nothing to do with that.

I like to watch movies. I like scrapbooking. I like music, comedy, cooking when I'm inspired to-not wen I have to. I like spending time with my husband and my kids. I'm 35 years old. I have 2 daughters and a husband-Ron. Aimee is 14 years old and Stephanie is 6 years old. My 6-yr old is in special needs kindergarten right now because she has epilepsy.
