I am a 40 years old Caribbean lady that decided to change my lifestyle and eating habits after finding out my blood pressure was elevated due to stress and overweight on February 23rd 2015.

I live a sedentary lifestyle and work 7 days per week between 8:30am to 5:30 pm so I hardly had time for extra curricular activities. NOW! am making time because I love me and I love life! :)
