Never had a weight issue until an auto accident over 10 years ago now I can't keep on track... Lost the initial weight minus 40 pounds that I gained from the accident (total 125 gained) but now I just can't get that last 40 pounds off... heck I can't even get 5 off... I will keep trying though if nothing else, I'm consistent and stuborn.
