I'm Michelle and I started my new healthier lifestyle in January when my weight topped 73kgs at 5ft 7ins the highest in my life. I realized at 42 it was now or never to regain the figure I had before. I've joined the gym and ordered the eat-clean-diet book. So far I've been working out 5 times a week and although getting to the gym everyday is a bit of a battle when I leave the gym I feel on top of the world! I'm setting small goals each month until I reach my target summer 2011 :)
