50 year old woman who has always been active but did once suffer from an eating disorder so have to treat myself kindly....:) however, have noticed weight creeping up and want to get back to my 'fighting weight' of around 140lbs. I am aiming to get really fit and slim again because I have got back together with the love of my life from 20 years ago when I was a stone lighter and very fit - he lives in the USA and I am meant to be going out there in July - so i want to look as good as I can when we meet again after a 3 month wait!! This project will help keep me focussed. I love horses and gardening and am now getting into the gym....so, watch this space ...look out world, this is my love and weight loss story!!
