Update 2! WOW! Now 50 years old and far from fabulous! Record high weight 179. I was in bad sahpe a year and a half ago and wound up hospitalized with GI issues. Decided to go gluten and dairy free April 2022 and it helped immensely. Got down to 155 and held it well through the summer anf all. Fell off the wagon at Thanksgiving and just kept emotional eating and drinking until now. I started a workout challenge at F45 and I'm adding the gluten and Dairy Free diet back in. PLEASE let this work!!

Update- 41 years old. The biggest I've ever been without being prego - 160lbs. Totally unacceptable and I cannot even believe it. I started working full time again last December - workouts went out the window and emotional eating and drinking continued at an even higher rate. I'm so depressed but finally feeling the motivation to get healthy again.

I'm 38 years old and a mom of three great kids (13, 10, 8). I have done the Extreme Fat Smash diet in the past with success. I have also done WW online in the past with success. My problem now is age, I think. What used to work for me stopped working. My workouts and watching what I eat have not been getting me to my goal at all. I love to work out; but I also love to eat and drink. My husband and I decided to take drastic measures and try a nutritional cleanse. I started the isagenix cleanse and fat burning system on 6.5.11 at 150 lbs. At the first weigh in I had lost 8.5 inches and 9 lbs. This is the website and I am AMAZED at the results. Seriously.
