I am not used to eating this much so late at night. Still in the 8 hour eating window, but as I was out all day, and home late, it skewed things.
I got cold through standing talking in a barn for 2 1/2 hours and struggled to warm up, even with coconut and a hot water bottle. So I probably ate more than I would normally to compensate. Now I am running HOT!! I bet I won't eat till after 3 tomorrow now.
Not a drop of rain for the second day. Amazing. Coming home with a clear cold sky felt clean and crisp. Lovely.
There is no escaping moving the wedding ring permanently, it falls off all the time now, and he hasn't responded to my prompts of an eternity ring.... so it's on the middle finger. Feels odd, and it's even getting a tad loose on there. At this rate I'll be putting it on a chain round my neck.....

If you have to remove your wedding ring, does that make you "open to offers"? ((WINK)). Tell that man that a small ie light ie "inexpensive compared to your previous ring size" eternity ring is a requirement to keep interest at bay.... bet you'll be able to wear your old ring on a necklace and your new ring on your finger within no time :)

Ooh, interesting concept JockoT. Because my days are so variable with the farm and animals to see to and all that, and my appetite, I have been using a variable feast and fast. As long as I don't eat after 8 hours from my first food I reckon I'm ok. Usually it's a shorter time frame than 8 hours. Today will be about 5 hours between first and last food of the day, which will be ok. I know I didn't like eating late last night, but felt I needed to as I hadn't had enough for the day. A bit like now....
