The sun has got his hat on - hip hip hip hooray :D :D :D

This looks like day two IN A ROW without rain!!! Not just bright white sky, but scudding fluffy looking clouds in a swathe of blue. Sigh, Bliss, even the sun had Warmth wt 9.30 in the morning!!

So, all good for the spirits. That and red wine with brekkies. :D

My 'breakfast' is my main meal of the day, where I have most of my kcals and most of my nutrition, and most of my feel good foods. Today was 627 kcals, about right for me. Nice balanc of protein and fat to keep me going and as I don't feel hunger it's good to know I have enough to work with for as long as I like through the rest of the day.

I don't know if a high caloric meal is officially 'better' than the same kcals spread out. That doesn't work for me, I seem to thrive an a relatively big initial 'hit' and then taper away for the rest of the day. I also realised, after trying it out, that three meals a day really doesn't suit me. I am best with one, or two, the second being way smaller.

The scales dropped another 100g this morning, I'm not noting it as it's just one of those things... I'll take it tomorrow if it's still there :)

Sheared Mikey yesterday, in my shirt sleeves, down to his rise. I hope that will do the trick to help stop him getting repeatedly cast. Poor lad. Still, his eyes don't look too bad and he is calm. Once he realised what I was doing he just stood for me and let me clip away, bless him. The wet outer layer was almost ipossible to get the blades through. He is still covered in a good 3" wool, so is warm and dry.

Right, off to the sun :D
