Happy Thanksgiving week everyone. A week to be thankful for our increased health over the last year and for all the positive changes this journey has brought to our lives.
A quiet lazy weekend for me, battling the hibernation mode winter brings. Haven't tracked anything for a couple days, back to doing so today. Sunday was more active catching up on things. Better than last weekend.
Yesterday after work, came home, did squats and some arm weights, 7,151 steps. Had some paperwork I needed to locate to filed with my health flex plan before the end of the year, so hunting misplaced receipts. Will have to request some duplicates.
Remember mindful eating through the season of food holidays. Off to the gym after work.
