First, it is me. I love feeling fit and strong and looking athletic. Second, it is my clothes. I enjoy being able to wear anything I want to out of my (vast!) collection.

The end goal is what motivates me... mind you I was in plateau for 2 months and didn't throw the towel, I'm halfway gone and wouldn't want to throw all my progress away after facing an obstacle.

The fact that my father was at the hospital because of his obesity which led him to dangerously high diabetes and irreversible consequences, on top of that...me , myself and I .

My motivation is knowing that God has given me a second chance at living my life well, and wanting to use this opportunity preciously. I know I would have surely died and left my daughter motherless in the state my life was in. It was hard to breathe and even do the normal activities of life, I was depressed, felt hopeless and did not want to spend time with family and others outside of home due to the shame of gaining so much weight (coming from 135lbs in my 20s and becoming 305lbs in my late 30s)...BUT GOD delivered me! I'm enjoying the journey of getting to a healthy weight and living a health lifestyle and praising God each day for the work He is doing in my life. I was blessed to find FS, because this community is supportive, knowledgeable and fun🤗. Bless you on your journey.🙏🏽💕

As many said firstly it's me. Secondly I had covid and was quite unwell with it. I'm very short, so even a few pounds show. There is a weight range where I feel my best. And in my target range I feel at my most confident...and life's too short to feel anything but your best.
