I’m a fan of the Aldi seed mixes so simple to add a spoonful into my smoothie (I also pretend whilst doing it) that it’s something sweet 😂😂😂

Hehe, that’s a good idea HumpT! I’ve not tried the Aldi ones. I’ll have to tell myself the seeds are chocolates at the moment 😅

Hope the protein powder helps! Disclaimer: it wears off by lunchtime! Seeds are great I get an omega mix then add some linseeds for extra power!

You're better off eating it instead of drinking it anyway. Blending breaks down the fibre. You would've also had a larger portion in a smoothie. and sometimes eating it will make you feel fuller than drinking it.

You’re right Yasmine! When I do blend it I add extra water, which is always good. It’s not a meal in itself (for me at least) but it’s a great way to disguise the taste of protein powder 😋
