Was not good last night. Quiet night for new years but i did have 4 beers didn't exercise. Bought another cookbook at a thrft store -- i stop in there about once a week to see if they have anything that is on my wish list. Rozanne gold's recipies 1-2-3. 3 ingredients in each recipie and it 's all real food not processed pkgs. started reading that and didn't get anything else done. Need to get things ready today for family get together on sat. .
