Well I’ve just changed my goal for the fourth and final time and don’t even remember what it was originally back in 2017 so it is now 70kg But that will be it just another 8 kg then the harder job of maintaining it

I have i don’t eat bread cheese margarine pastry
190ml milk only and no sugar but I do have a weakness for ice cream but I do not snack during the day just my 3 meals
