Always thought the BMI was bit of a joke
You know a bit unrealistic but think I was wrong about that at moment I’m 24.6 it’s in the healthy range but not by much give it
A month and we will see probably looking at
Getting down to 70kg just have to watch
Myself so I don’t lose too much

BMI is more of a general screening figure. For the individual, a high or low BMI indicates that further investigations are required to ascertain the reasons for the figure. A normal BMI is a good place to be but you still need to be aware of your body composition (fat v's muscle)

athletes have lower BMI then average people, so it's not set in stone.....

All true you’re main assessment needs to be visual but I think my BMI will make me about Right Still got fat to lose and replace with some muscle Weighed myself today and have now dropped Below most recent goal so I need to be vigilant

Elizabeth I know that’s the case with resting heart Rate but I don’t think that’s the case with BMI that’s mainly age and height but I’ve been wrong Before and I’m sure I will be again
