Hi all, in need of some.advice!
twice now, I've looked at the scales and first they're saying 97kg and then they're saying 99kg. that's a big jump in a matter of seconds! Does this happen to you? why and what should I do regarding my current weight? It's a bit demotivating but I don't want to put the lower score if it's.inaccurate!

Which scales do you use? My digital set jumps around sometimes, I just try to get an average and borrow a mechanical one when possible

Well, the other day I stood on it three times and was 97.4 but then when I stood on it again, it was 100.4 three times too! Who knows? I just don't want to put the lower number only to go right back up if it's inaccurate!

I'd say if you look good and you feel good, that's what matters most. And get your scale somewhere with a proper level haha.

I have same with my Weight Watchers scales, dunno if it's the scales or what really, I tend to stick to a certain spot on the kitchen floor n always make sure they don't wobble in any way, but sometimes I still get on n jump back off cos they clearly still glitch 🙄xx

My digital sclaes do that too. I thought it was just me because they are rubbish, apparently not though! I usually get on 3 or 4 times and like others have said, take an average👍
