So this morning the scale says I gained but it also says my bfp is down. I guess I have gained some water weight. Phooey. I was expecting a loss. My buddy Shennon and I walked 5 miles last night. I thought we were doing four and wondered why it took so much longer than 4 miles in my neighborhood, and then she told me one lap around is 1.25 miles, rather than "about 1" as she had told me. Hey, it was good for me. She wanted to go even further, but I was tired and missed my boyfriend whom I hadn't seen all day. I've been craving food at night; I've got to look into it and check that. I know there is good advice about that in my book The Diet Cure, but I don't remember what it is. Maybe I will start recording my food again for a while. That will hold me accountable when I start to pick up bad habits from Chuck!
